Working with Housing Plus since 2006, our support spans PR and communications strategy, copywriting, media relations, graphic design, digital and online publications and high-profile stakeholder events.
With our support, Housing Plus has developed a respected and professional brand presence based on its unique mix of services and organisational culture. By encouraging and helping the group to innovate and try out new technology and techniques, we’ve helped the business to become recognised as one of the region’s leading and most imaginative housing providers.
Our early copywriting input was critical in developing Housing Plus’s crisp and confident voice for communicating with customers, partners and other stakeholders. Our outputs include press releases, staff and customer magazines, service leaflets, annual reports, flyers, posters and more.

“Creative Bridge is an important ‘virtual member’ of our communications team. It’s great
to have an experienced team with such a spread of expertise in PR, design, digital and
marketing on tap. Their understanding of and contacts in our sector mean that they add
value and ideas as well as delivering high-quality work.”
Richard Evans, Head of Communications & PR, Housing Plus
parallax website
With more and more of our support now focusing on digital products, we’ve helped the group to switch to online publications, including ‘Housing Plus World’ a scrolling parallax microsite for their stakeholder annual report. To promote this, we designed a folding origami ‘decision maker’ with key statistics and QR codes linked to the microsite.

event design
To reward the exceptional input of staff, volunteer residents and board members, we conceived and helped Housing Plus to organise its annual Blue Carpet Awards. This included designing tickets, flyers, posters, programmes and nominations forms, plus arranging entertainments for and media coverage of the awards event. The tone and style of all this had to exactly match the group’s vision and values – a challenge that the positive feedback suggests we met with style.
